Why are you closed in winter?
While it's snowing outside, we give our ice cream machines a little break and dedicate ourselves to planning for the next year. Since we place extreme value on absolute freshness, production in the cold season makes little sense for our concept. We prefer to use the time for further training and exciting experiments so that we can inspire you with new taste explosions in spring. We'll see you again soon, as soon as nature awakens from its winter sleep!
